DOWN BET: To wager that the outcome of an event will be lower than the smallest end of the quote on a spread bet, also known as a "sell".
DOZEN BET: In roulette, to bet on one or more of 3 groups of 12 numbers, 1-12, etc.
EACH WAY BET: A athletics wager, which means to bet on a group or player to win or place in a game.
EVEN MONEY BET: A bet that pays the identical sum as gambled, ( one to one ).
EXACTA: Betting that 2 horses in a race will complete the race in the exact same assignment as the bet – also referred to as a " Perfecta ".
FIVE-NUMBER LINE BET: In roulette, a wager placed on a block of 5 numbers, like 1-2-3-0, and 00.
